We are thrilled to announce the recent launch of our 2nd Foreign Store in the vibrant city of Muscat, Oman.
Al Ershad Computer stands out as one of the premier destinations for electronics and IT supplies in the UAE. With over 18 physical stores across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, as well as an extensive online presence, we cater to customers all over the UAE, including Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
Back in 2008, we took a bold step by establishing our 19th Store and first overseas branch in Bahrain – Al Ershad Infotech Co WLL. Over the years, we’ve witnessed a surge in demand for IT and gaming products in Oman. However, logistical challenges such as delivery delays and courier hassles for customers ordering from the UAE to Oman prompted us to seek a solution. We also noted concerns regarding warranty claims, repairs, technical assistance, gaming accessories, and more.
At Al Ershad Computer, customer satisfaction has always been paramount. That’s why we’ve introduced a seamless one-stop solution. Our dedicated sales team ensures that customers receive personalized attention from the moment they step into our stores, eliminating the need to wait at the cash counter.
Our research and development team at Al Ershad Computer Group identified Muscat, the capital of Oman, as the ideal location for our second overseas showroom. We meticulously curated our product selection to encompass all categories with readily available stock, ensuring that customers do not experience delays in receiving their orders. Additionally, we streamlined our logistics from the UAE to Oman to minimize any inconvenience for our valued customers.
The much-anticipated launch took place at Al Wadi Centre, 3707 Way, Ruwi, Muscat, Oman, in two phases: soft and grand launch.
On 9th May 2024, we hosted a soft launch to gather feedback and make necessary improvements before the official unveiling. The event was attended by members of the public, resellers, corporate clients, gamers, and more.
The grand inauguration ceremony on 22nd May 2024 was graced by our Special Guest of Honor, Mr. Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab Thangal, a prominent youth leader, social activist, and author from Kerala, India.
